I'm not 100% why, I've never seen this 'module:' in babelrc before
Might be legacy or meteor specific?
Seems broken here:
https://teamcity.jetbrains.com/viewLog.html?tab=buildLog&logTab=tree&filter=debug&expand=all&buildId=1567378&_focus=822
But this did not come up in CircleCI 🤔

Don't pass connection error if images don't match
...
When current screenshots do not much with previous ones,
we show connection error since `expect` method also throws.
Workaround that and also lowercase the error message so it would look
like more then other errors
Fixes #4036
