6f74da4576 Revert knobs API to previous API. 
`withKnobs` the decorator is still the base API. (This now works for
Vue).

The new API is called `wrapperKnobs` and will eventually be merged into
`withKnob` (c.f. medium term addons plan, to be posted)

299a53ac72 SWITCH to circleci over travisCI && CHANGE lerna bootstrap procedure: 
- Use yarn for installation
- Hoist all dependencies to root
- Hoist known packages to root

- Test storyshots in cra-kitchen-sink
