fd4d89e6f3 Templates: Export ButtonProps and HeaderProps interfaces 
Export the ButtonProps and HeaderProps interfaces to make them accessible to avoid issues with Typescript relying on exported interfaces when declaration files should be created.

cf562cc4b2 Only add react-docgen info in the file a component is defined 
This avoids errors when a component is being imported and re-exported under
a different name via a barrel file or similar.

51f31672d4 feat: remove doctrine 
This removes doctrine and `assert` from the docs-tools package.

The `type` of a parsed JSDoc comment will now be a `RootResult` from the
`jsdoc-type-pratt-parser` package rather than a doctrine `Type`.

Other than that, existing behaviour should remain.
